I'm Ayebatarilate Ikorli, an academic support specialist and consultant. I'm an AI Fellow at Attention Factory. My clients are ambitious people who refuse to let a demanding schedule lower the quality of their work. When the studying, the research, or the question of what to pursue next becomes more than one person should carry alone, I take ownership of it, bring structure to the complexity, and deliver results they are proud of.

I did not get here in a straight line, and that is exactly why I am good at this. I trained as a biochemist, ran production and quality on a skincare factory floor, managed digital products alongside engineers and designers, recruited people into new roles, and built Tech Newbies to help others break into the industry. Different rooms, one instinct: find the thread in the mess and pull it until everything lines up.
